How often will we restock Belcrest Beef?

We plan on restocking beef every 4-8 weeks. We have processing dates already scheduled every other month in 2022. YAY!  

 

How long do we Dry-Age our beef?

ALL of our beef is dry-aged for at least 21 days. You will taste the difference,

we promise!

 

What do we feed our cattle? Are they Grass-Fed?

Our cattle are raised in Montana and on grass pasture their entire lives. We are considered Grass-Fed & Barley-Finished. Our operation does not have a feed lot. We offer "Grain-Finish" beef which means we add Steam Rolled Barley into their diet for 6 months before processing. That is it! 

 

Do we have an order minimum?

No, you can order as much or as little as you would like. We do recommend a minimum of 5 lbs in order to keep the beef frozen in transit. All orders are shipped with 5 lbs of dry ice.

 

Why is shipping so expensive? 

Shipping 1-2 day air is just plain costly. With material costs and shipping costs we do our best to keep our prices consistent. We have created our flat rate shipping prices based on 4 different zones in the U.S.

The prices you see are the same if you by 5lbs of ground beef or create a 15lb box of beef, so the more you order the better the shipping cost.
